What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user’s computer while the user is browsing. Almost every website uses cookies and they were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information or to record the user’s browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past). Third tracking cookies are commonly used as ways to compile long-term records of individuals’ browsing histories. Some cookies are quite usefully as they can improve the user experience of a website that is frequently visited by a user when wanting to call it up again.

Which information is getting collected?
The user’s browsing activity regarding a certain website is getting recorded but only these parts of a user’s IP-address that interfere to the user’s country are actually saved. A conclusion in terms of the user’s overall IP-address or of his personal data is not possible for us. To optimize the website regarding issues like the system-performance, usability and supply of useful information in terms of our services, we automatically collect and save information in log-data. More specifically, this affects the user’s IP-address, browser- and language-setting, operating system, internet service provider as well as date/time-notes. We use this information for an efficient administration of our website, for analyzing the visitor behavior on our website, for analyzing trends and for collecting our user’s demographic data in general.

Data transfer
If the internet offers the possibility to enter personal or business-related data (email-addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of these data by the user is always on a voluntary basis. By using these services, the user agrees that his data gets transmitted and edited. As long as the user is not using these services, no data are transmitted. We do not assign these information to a third party.

Tracking and analysis
We use the analysis-software “Google Analytics” for optimizing our advertising measures. This software allows to record information in terms of the user’s browsing activity regarding time, geographic location and use of the website. This information is collected by cookies. All received information is meant to be kept anonymously and will not be related to personal data. This information will not be assigned to a third party.

Administrating and deleting of cookies
In case of a user intends to block or delete cookies, he may make some adjustments to his browser settings. In terms of administrating cookies, most of the browsers allow to either accept or reject them or to accept just certain kinds of cookies. The methods of administrating or deleting cookies are different and depend on the browser that is used.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, more specifically text files that are saved on the user’s computer to allow an analysis of his browser-activities. The information gathered by cookies are processed and stored on servers within the United States of America. Because of the activated IP-anonymization on this website, within the EU or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area the user’s IP-address will be cut previously. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then cut there. Under the authority of the provider of this website, Google will use these information to analyze reports regarding website activities and to get further services that are related to website- and browser-activities for the website owner. The user’s IP-address that is transmitted within the scope of Google Analytics will not be brought together with any other data of Google. It is possible to prevent the storing of cookies through some adjustments to the browser settings; we would like to mention though, that in this case some functions of the website might not be used completely. Despite that, user’s can refuse the recording of their data which is related to their personal browser-activity by downloading and installing the following browser-plugin: Link to Google Optout
